Gmod crashes when I open console

Every time I open console on gmod it crashes my gmod, I have tried numerous fixes. It only crashes console on gmod nothing else.

Specs:

Processor Intel(R)Core(TM)i5-2500k CPU @ 3.30Hz 3.30GHz

Memory 8.00 GB

System Type: 64-bit Operating System

Graphics Card: GeForce GT640

Not sure if this is enough but please help all the other source game consoles work its just gmod.

your pc lookg good maybe just you GC but it should work...

Try verifying game cache.
Right click > propreties > local files > verify

Probably a huge load on lua errors when running thousand mods at the same time.

Gmod with or without mods? Try vanilla first, then install mods one by one.. Must be one causing that specific error.

I uninstalled all of them and then reinstalled most of them I think its the GMT base content but I really like gmt and cant get rid of it

2 Options :

1. Contact developer of that mod and let them know that you experience crashes when using his mod. He might fix it..

2. Uninstall (Sorry lol)
