Borderlands 2 crashing computer in game PLEASE HELP [FIXED]

This has been happening for a day now. i got the game a day 2 days ago (Friday night) and started to play it Sat. morning. About an hour into the game is just crashed.... I thought it was nothing, loaded it up again and started playing. And again, it crashed after 30 to an hour. I bought the game through steam (GOTY edition) so i validated the files and it said there was a file missing (12.6 mb) after that i re downloaded it, restarted my computer, and then re checked the validation to make sure it got it and yet again, it was missing. So i checked my event logs under applications and it said error and gave me an error code; Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected. I dont know what this means or how to correct this problem. Please help me asap as i would love to jump back into the borderlands :)

You need to go to the game installation folder, there is a folder called redist, open it and install vcredist and then install direct x and then try launching borderlands II and post back here for feedback.

So i installed all of the vcreds and directx and then opened it from the broderlands 2 folder instead of my desktop or steam and an interesting popup was fiound; your firewalls blocking some featyures of broderlands allow access? and i said yes so hopefully that fixed it! thanks for all your help EvO :D

What kind of crash?

Instantly close to desktop? (1)
Blue screen / Reboot? (2)
Freezing? /No response?(3)

1. Game crash (Borderlands2.exe doesn't run well on your current system, probably due file corruption when under heavy stress) Does the verification still fail? Isn't Anti-virus or any 3th party app blocking those files? Try to play without 3th party applications that may temper your gaming experience. Mostlikely a software issue (Game or 3th party)

2. If blue screen / Reboot, It could be a hardware problem. Too much heat inside the case, bad airflow, dust in CPU/GPU fan, broken DDR dimmstick (RAM). In some cases this could also be causes by bad drivers or missing ones..

3. Mostlikely an issue with the game itself. Or with your game settings. Try to lower some values in video options or contact the developer. I have these problems with Valve games, but they only happen while 'loading'

Try a fresh game install from a backup

this time i got 2 errors both from NvStreamSVC
The first one says;

The description for Event ID 1 from source NvStreamSvc cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

NvStreamSvc
NvVAD endpoint registration failed [0]
