TF2 Shift Tab Unclosable Window.

This is REALLY frustrating me, I'm on a trade server in TF2. And I wait thirty minutes to get a trade request, I hit shift alt, to run back to spawn. I re open the trade and I get this giant window, the window is so big it doesn't even SHOW the close option, just cuts it off the screen. It says I need to download a flash player or something, so I ignored it and restarted TF2. Welp, I hit shift tab and almost immediately the same window appeared. Until then, if it won't let me talk to my steam friends or see screenshots.... trade... I won't be playing TF2 for a while -_-

Press on the top of the window and try dragging it. If it doesn't work, try exiting the game, disabling in game community and then launch the game, close it again and try enabling the ingame overlay. gd luck. im here to help

Ty, I tried dragging it but it appears frozen...

Try the second option or restarting the computer. There might be something in cache that is making steam open the window over and over again when you relaunch the game.
