Hi, can i have problems on steam if i buy game on that site? www.kinguin.cz
Ban, game remove from library, dissabled to buy dlc, not-patching, etc...
i want law and exprience answers from people, who rly know something about this question.

They offer keys that require VPN activation which is against the SSA and can, therefore, get you and your account in trouble.

VPN activation requires only russian and american versions, if i buy european lock version i not using vpn, or?

Im from europe, VPN is program to change IP right? I not must change my ip. Or how VPN works?

Ok, if i buy game from that site, and i not use vpn program, but just enter key to steam and it works, i cant have troubles, right? I not want use vpn, or something like that i just want activate it, and if it doesnt works i request eu key from kinguin.

Yes, VPN changes your IP. Using a VPN or tunneling using other methods is against the Steam Subscriber Agreement and can get your account in trouble.

If they have working keys to known games, they must have license to that keys, or?

Vpn is not problem, i not use it, but if i add game to library, why they can deactivate it?!? Where is problem?

Probably those shady sites will require VPN activation for the purchased games. Even if the key would work, you could get in trouble for attempting bypassing regional restrictions.

Well, I live in the same country and I thought I know the major slovak and czech game retailers. This one reeks for scam trough a mile. I would recommend to stay on the safe side
