Did you run Malwarebytes in Safe Mode? If not, do that.
Definitley do what muckymucks says. Boot windows into Safe Mode and re-reun both the MalwareBytes and anti-virus scan
Best bet is to reboot into Safe Mode; then run a full scan with Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D.
Everything I can think of has already been said.
Your best bet is to do a Clean install of your OS.
Why would you even have a trojan on your PC?

I'm pretty sure that Malwarebytes got rid of the trojans and the adware is what is left.
I used adwcleaner but as you can see here [docs.google.com] avast says it is a virus.
Avast free is most popular AV, what i seen on infected PCs... ;)
