Question about voice chat monitoring in Source engine games
I know most of you aren't server admins, but I operate multiple dedicated servers and my admins occasionally have to deal with people being rude and offensive over voice chat. I can read the text chat logs and find out what they're saying easily. But that's it. I assume larger communities like Skial and OzFur will have a large number of admins to cover all the servers, but my community is not that large. So I need a way to log voice chat so I can hear what my fellow admins are having to deal with while I'm gone.

Is there any way for the servers to record voice chat so I can listen to them when I'm not able to join the game? I can have a sourcemod plugin dump the files to an offsite FTP server so storage space is not an issue.

I saw Asherkin's prototype extensions for Sourcemod that supposedly allowed other plugins access to the voice comm system and were able to record WAV files when someone used their mic. But AFAIK it is still incomplete and it is now four years old. Is there a better way to solve my problem?
