New payment method = Market block for week

Ok so one week ago i used new payment method (paypal), because i moved to the other country and i will not have my credit card for a while, i got my market actions banned for one week for "VERIFICATION" it said that i will be able to use market at 19 april 2014 16:30 gmt+2. I was very happy that i will be able to FINALLY use money i added to account, yesterday at 19 i added aditional cash to account and what happens? Ban is extended to 26 of april. Is this some kind of joke or what? I have verified PayPal account (Bank account verified by PayPal).

Nope, it's a legitimate rule for using the Steam Market.

Might I suggest setting up a standard payment method. So you don't have to continually use new or different methods every time.

Okay i understand first market block when i made first paypal payment, but will i be banned EVERY time i pay through paypal? I surely WOULD use standard payment method, but as i said I recently moved to other country, i have debit card but it's not accepted.

You shouldn't, as long as you use the same Paypal account. I've never used paypal on Steam though, so I don't know if it requires that a paypal account be verified as well?

I used the different for the second time, but this one is verified so i thought there will be no block. I see now that verification means nothing to Steam but in blizzard payments, you cant make paypal payment without credit or debit card added to paypal account, when i verified my account, connected with my Netherland bank, i dont need any more to have credit/debit card added to make payment with paypal.

Well, there is your problem. Newly added payment method.

Why not stick to one paypal account to do your purchases, then you won't get hit with a restrictions.

Because i had some money on my paypal with polish credit card and polish bank, then i had to make another account for netherland bank

You know, it just came to me recently when this happened to me because of my card that I ALWAYS use. Steam really isn't much about protection when it comes to that.
Your market gets blocked after you put money in the steam wallet, you can still put more money, there are no restrictions for that. The only possibility is that you are some kind of a hacker-scammer of unknown sorts so that you are being blocked but ONLY for a week. So basically, if someone gets your card, you can lose all the moneyz!
On the other side, it also hurts you, even if you are the legitimate owner, as you get blocked but only AFTER you give them the money! Everything is okay before you pay!

I am not sure why I commented this on here. I want more people to see this, but this was the first place I found.

there should be a way to verify paypal funds just like there is credit/debit funds when newly added man cmon

1. Necroing just to rant is not a good idea.

2. It is only a 3 day restriction.

3. Verify the payment method, if allowed or wait 3 days.

4. Buy wallet cards and never have to deal with it again.
