Ok. I will say what i can say to help you,

You have adware on your computer, steam will not be the only thing it will infect as long as it uses HTML.

Do a virus scan NOW.

Also next time when ♥♥♥♥ like that ask you to press a button don't. Its fake (88% of the time) and will just do more harm.

some button that said "skip add". I pressed the button and It didnt work.
Why would you think thats a good idea?

I really like AdwCleaner I'd recommend using it. Additionally you should think about getting Adblock Plus (Filter Lists: EasyList and Malware Domains)

Resetting a router will not remove malware/virus from your system.

There are viruses that infect the router :
1 Primary infection:
a) using a special page with JavaScript, php, flash, etc.
b) virus using removable media for infecting USB-flash, Flash-card, USB-hdd, smartfon, photo-video-camera
2 Installing rootkit | bootkit | bioskit
3 Loading modified firmware to the router
4 Furthermore , there are options :
a) The router becomes part of a botnet to attack other computers , and the user of the infected computer can be blocked from the Internet and display a message similar to the message ISP that allegedly ran out of money in the account for the Internet.
b) Demonstrates advertising in any browsers and programs , and reinstall only the computer does not help - because the router is infected , infected firmware make injection into any internet connection ( the same tricks can use ISPs , especially mobile operators )

for remove Infection from PC use at least 3 different types AV-tools:
1 AV Scanner like Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, etc.
2 Anti-rootkit tools like Hitman Pro, AVZ, Bitdefender Rootkit Remover, etc.
3 Live(Rescue)CD like Avira, Bitdefender, DrWeb, Kaspersky, Norton Bootable Power Erase, etc.

Boot from LiveCD.
Download firmwares and soft from oficial site, reflash and reset router
Scan PC
Use utils like Secunia PSI for check vulnerabilites | outdated software
Update|SetUp|TuneUp|Disable - vulnerable soft and services
Change all passwords

No virus ON steam, but maybe on internet
the usual false alarm antivirus that does not deserve the trust such as Avast, Avira
