Are you crafty enough to know how to set up Crafty? :D

I installed Crafty (Nem's Tools) recently and believe I have it set up right. The problem is that when I try to open a map .bsp file, I get this error:

"Error loading file:
\root\tf\tr_target_d.bsp

Error: Lump face size not divisible by lump type size."

Not sure what this is, how to fx it, or if it is related to the way I have Crafty set up. The actual map is fine. I can open it in Hammer, and in Source.
