Steam support issues
I have very clearly asked separate questions on two different games. And received a reply that did not answer a simple question on one and was directed to companies that did not handle the game I was requesting help with. So I stated this to Andrea a so called tech. from steam and now silence > over a week later and all my separate game questions are now one which steam support did for me, how nice. So it would confuse the dumbest person. I am getting hold of valve which is steam and letting them know of the the great care. I have ordered many hundreds, many games that work, but the times I need help, this is what I get and I am tired. Steam will take your money at your own risk as I getting to believe.

I have a hard time reading your paragraph and figuring out what your problem is. I assume steam support had the same reaction.
why re you retarded?
two separate questions (games) and issues asked in there own category, hope I did not loose you. the the categories where put together as one by Andrea so that it would be confusing. Hope fully you understand and not a bone head.
I hope you aren't as rude with Steam support as you are here. Good luck. :ss13ok:
Actually I am not until you pull my chain without any good advise but criticize.
Steam doesnt do support for 3rd party games. Refer to the developer for game support

1C in Russia owns the game, steam support sends you to Aspyr thru their help pages, than Aspyr says not their game it's 1C, I have tried to explain to Steam Support, lost cause. I have the same issue as others described. Patch needed no one cares at steam, contact valve who owns steam. I am.
What gets my goat is Steam knowingly sells The Necrovision Series games with issues and I guess I should be happy.
And again, this is a developer issue, not a Steam one. Steam DISTRIBUTES content. Content is controlled by the developer/publisher. If you have an issue with the game contact the developer.

Note Support not giving you the magical answer you want != Support Issues

So basically you are stating that steam just takes your earnest money for a product good or bad and so you buy at your own risk. Right? Because Steam is not responsible for their actions.

A quick perusal of the discussion hubs does not show any systemic issue with any of those games. If you have a technical issue iwth the game refer to the developer for support as you normally would. Your assertion the game is 'broken' is not borne out by the fact that people can apprently play the game

No, it means you are expected to make decisions on your purchases. PC gaming may not be for everyone.

If you have a problem running a game, you should state which game and the issue. There are many people around here that could help but it is impossible without information from you.

So far, all we know is you have some sort of issue. You have given us no clue as to what that might be...

NecrovisioN: Lost Company had 28 discussions so you did not look very hard for systemic issue's so at this point I am tired of BS and know that you need to get off the leg of the company. The game is crap Steam knows it is crap sells crap an buyer beware.
and you STILL have not said what your issue is.

Do so or I am just closing the thread for trolling.

I own the game. It works ok as far as I can see. W8.1.1 on an older computer...
