Bioshock download save for future reinstall

How do I save my downloads so I can reinstall them at a later date? I just bought the three Bioshock games: Bioshock, Bioshock 2 and Bioshock Infinite. The downloads are huge and I do not want to have to download them again. This question has probably been answered somewhere here, but I could not find the answer. Thanks for the help.

Right-click the game in the Library section
Select Backup game files...
Check the boxes for any other games to backup at this time
Click Next >
Browse to the folder where you wish to create the backup files (the files will be stored in c:\program files\valve\steam\Backups by default) and click Next >
Select the Backup file name and set the File size for the media you plan to use.
Click Next > to begin the backup process.
Once complete, choose Open backup folder to move or burn copies of the backup files.

I cannot find where it is I am supposed to right click. I did not install the game on the C: drive.

Rightclick on the game in Steam.

Thanks ReBoot, I found where I'm suppose to right click. I made it so it will go onto one DVD. Looks like it is just compressed files. If I need to reinstall how does it work?

Click on Steam menu (left up side corner) and select Backup and Restore Games, then Restore a Previous Backup, use Browse button to select the backup folder, hit Next and you can start the backup installation.

So say I'm doing a clean install of Windows and I have my backup copies on a DVD, I just log into Steam, right click on my games and select Backup and Restore Games, then Restore a Previous Backup and browse to my DVD and install?

You don't right click on the games, you click the Steam menu.
