I asked this question once in other section but the answer wasn't 100% sure so I'll ask here again

In my Dark Souls 2 store page :
Notice: Purchases made in Thailand can only be added to your library if you are in Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.

about a month ago it was something like "... will only playable if you are in ..."

so, does this mean, I just have to add it to library in my country, and after that I can play wherever I want like other ROW version?
can someone confirm this?

yes, the game will only activate in the purchased country being SEA, u should be able to play it anywhere else as it was ROW :)

EDIT:

it just hit me why u remade the topic, as u want an explanation as of what it means.

so basically the warning u used to see still exist, this is a seperate warning, the warning goes for AllowCrossRegionTradingAndGifting which means that the game is pretty much not useless for people outside of mylasia, why?
well it blocks the regional pricings one region might sell it cheaper and another more expensive this keeps "abusers" at bay so they can mass buy it and resell/retrade whatever to other regions.

the issue thing u want to know is onlyallowrunincountries which means the game is locked to the specific country and will only run in that country.

2 different things here is a place u can see it:

this is for darksouls 2 and as u can see it has the first mention "AllowCrossRegionTradingAndGifting" warning telling u cant trade it to other regions, well u can but they wont be able to activate it.

u dont see this on the other hand " onlyallowrunincountries" which would mean its runable world wide.
