And it's pretty clear that you should never log in to giving links. And you probably ignored the warning pop up (Yellow guy with a stop sign and a message saying that it's not a offical Steam Site)
This has pretty much been the case since scammers started appearing on the internet and telling us this here won't help anyone I'm afraid. Because people who fall for it often won't read the forum.
The only way for him to get your account is if you gave away your password and account name.
How this isn't common knowledge saddens me. So it's back to learning by mistakes.
Anyway turn on SteamGuard, use a different password for the email and report any users giving you scam links. So even if you happen to give away your Steam account information they won't get in because need the email confirmation as well.
