Have you uninstalled IE as some people that think it is a bright idea? It's rather a bad one actually.

No, do not uninstall IE. there are core components needed by the OS as well as some other software, even if you don't use the browser. It's best to keep it fully updated to the latest version, turn off all the add-ins and such and set your favorite browser as default. Never look back unless you run across a Windows update that won't install if IE isn't the default browser.

I have the same problem with the same error: .Net Framework installed and IE too.

go to the site and find a new instalastion download from a maker of the game

ok i cant run it thru steam but can play off steam, pretty annoyin but not too much of issue
