How can I change the language in which a game is starting?

I have bought to the moon, and as I press the button "play", the game starts but in english. I want it to be in another language of those which are available (Spanish is one of them and the one I want to play the game in)

Change your steam client to spanish and the spanish translation version will download. I think that's how it works.

You could also just exchange the names of the English and Spanish language files.
Eram's solution is also working but will turn everything into Spanish (Steam and all your games), depending on if you want everything to be Spanish or not, you can choose one of this 2 solutions.

That's quick! Well, thanks, but I still have a few questions. First of all, I have the spanish version of steam, and all the text and games seem to be in spanish, so I don´t know if I should install that translate ultility or if it just come with the chosen language. (What should I do apart from that?!)
And second, I have a mac so I don't find that language file that I have to change the name...

Languages other than English are currently not supported. This will take some time to properly implement, so I cannot give an estimate on when this will be available.

If that's correct and not just outdated, then there is no chance to set it to Spanish at the moment.
