There still are multiple players though, even if it's two people on one screen.
It is true, that it is misleading, but there is some form of multiplayer. It's OPs fault he did not research into the game he was buying; you should always do some research and check if it plays well, has Online MP if you want it etc.
My friend and i BOTH have the same game and Maybe the andriod version is different ?
And no Shekh is not an arabian ruler it means some sort of a high priest
And it also means someone in high athority But we always use it as the meaning of a high priest " seriously dude i know this stuff ... "
And i am 100% sure about it
Do you speak arabic ? Just asking because how would you know ?
Hard to hear while the cars near you so wait for them to race away
The sheikh of Dubai is not a priest, the shiek of Ajman is not a priest. An Imam is like a priest, but the sheikhs are the rulers.
I only know little Arabic, but I still live in the UAE and have this knowledge.
Also, many android "games" have viruses, why would I be joking. Also what does your friend have to do with this?
And Like i said Shekh is usually used as a Priest ( Imam is the guy who starts the prayer in the mosque ) But No hate but gulf people " such as uae " are kind of hotshots and renamed shekh to be a ruler and a king which is wrong
like the beginning of islam it was " Sekh of islam " Not of a place not of a country but in islam
Like i said not an adroid steam version and i downloaded it from steam how would it contain a virus in the most secure gaming spot
Oh sorry! I don't know why but I thought you were playing on an Android and Androids can get viruses, terribly sorry.
"And Like i said Shekh is usually used as a Priest ( Imam is the guy who starts the prayer in the mosque ) But No hate but gulf people " such as uae " are kind of hotshots and renamed shekh to be a ruler and a king which is wrong"
Didn't know that; anyways, you can just report the game on the store page for misleading information and idk how you'd report this racism thing.
Multiplayer typically refers when you have players playing AGAINST each other, where as Co-op refers to players playing together usually in a campaign, PvE, or even PvP in team vs. team situation (which would also qualify as multiplayer)
Both of those 2 categories can then be sun classified on how they achieve said modes. They either do this in split screen, via local lan, or via online. So in other words there are 3 types of multiplayer and 3 types of co-op but they can also share the player team vs. player team mode.
As for theyheydencampbell
actually i can give you a huge list of games on steam that are local co-op and played vs and stated as Local co op
steam multiplayer = online
example for a game that can be played Vs and listed as local co op
http://store.steampowered.com/app/239350/
http://store.steampowered.com/app/251470/
I was just giving the traditional definitions. Of course there will always be games that straddle the lines. Take Dark Souls for instance, you can invade another player's world and basically play the whole game co-op with him, or you can choose to attack and make it a vs. battle. Also it is to the publisher/developer which features they list. They may have more than listed. I find a lot of games that have controller support but do not feature "full/partial controller support" on their store pages. If you want an absolute 100% concrete definitions of what is and is not considered multiplayer, submit a steam ticket and post your detailed categorizations/qualifications in the "suggestions &Ideas" forum discussions
They must select if it is "Single-player" and/or "Multi-player"
If they choose Multi-Player, they must then also select if it is one or more of the following...
- Online Multi-player: This means multiple players connecting via the internet using ANY kind of online connection, but doesn't necessarily include LAN connections (see below)
- LAN Multi-player: This means multiple people can connect to play via a LAN connection
- Local Multi-player: This means multiple people playing using the same game purchase. One player having the game in their library is enough. This usually implies a shared or split screen format.
This approach would resolve SO MANY arguments about the meaning of the varying categories on Steam and save me (and others) a lot of time trying to figure out what's on offer, and (potentially) refunds when the developer interpretation doesn't match what Steam intends.
And of course, an easily-referenced breakdown of what these tags mean would be stellar (i.e. obvious).
Yeah it's pretty messed that it's still an issue. I started a new thread to better specify the issue as well. Cheers.
