I would start by uninstalling all the NVIDIA Drivers (Forceware, HD Audio, PhysX) until they are gone. Reboot when asked.

Then download the latest version and install those, as Admin.
During install, choose CUSTOM and tick "Perform Clean Install"

Did u reboot after the install was finished?
As u may not be able to access NVCP until u have rebooted after a new install of it.

What GPU do you have? Is it a laptop, or a desktop? Does it have onboard graphics, and possile that your monitor is plugged into it rather than your added video card?

Make sure the monitor is actually plugged into the GTX 770 and not the onboard GPU on the rear of the motherboard I/O

If it is plugged into the onboard GPU, please shutdown the system before u switch the cable over to the GTX 770, as u might not get a picture if u do this with power on.

Look in the rear of the system and check which port the Monitor Cable is plugged into exactly.
