Problems with big picture mode
I recently purchased Rochard and played it for about 20 min earlier today on Big Picture Mode with no problems. However, I just tried playing again and a few min in a message popped up saying how my computer is low on memory and that I needed to save my files and close Rochard. I'm a little confused to why it just started doing this. I did some googling and found the link below saying to match the display and game resolutions. When I went into big picture to try doing this and it said I have 0 bytes of GPU memory left. I'm not a particularly tech savy person so I have no idea how or if this can be fixed. Any ideas?

My computer specs:
Intel i5-4200M CPU @ 2.5 ghz
8gb RAM
Intel 4600 HD graphics
Windows 8.1 64 bit

That's happened to me before. Usually it's because my hard drive is almost full and the RAM isn't enough memory to sustain all the power I'm using. If your hard drive almost full?

No it's 1 TB with over 700 gb left. I just bought this computer a couple weeks ago

While in big picture mode if I go to settings and then system, it says I have -2gb of video memory. I'm a little confused to how I could have negative memory?

What if u run the game in Steam normally without ever loading up Big Picture mode;
does this issue still present itself?

I just tried playing the exact level I was on without loading big picture and it seemed to be working fine

I would just avoid Big Picture Mode when using an onboard GPU, even Intel HD ones.
As BPM by itself will eat up some of the available graphics memory. Where as Steam Client UI will not; and will just use some of your system RAM.
