You aren't seeing the actual blue screen because Windows is configured to automatically restart when the kernel panics. To disable this, navigate here - control panel>system and security>system>system protection. A new window will open with tabs at the top, select the "advanced" tab and click on the settings button under "start up and recovery".
Uncheck the box for automatic restart during system failure. Then try to start the games again and see if a blue screen is displayed when they crash. We'll start troubleshooting from there.
Please share this, from which we can look it up and it will tell us the full system specs.
FYI, by sharing this u are in no way sharing any personal data, just makes it easy to look up the full system specs is all.
If the system is new to you, first thing to do is ensure the latest Windows Updates have been applied to the system.
EDIT:
And yes please do what Chaz explained above, as if the system is running into a Blue Screen error, it will simply reboot. Doing what Chaz explained will allow the Blue Screen to remain displayed, allowing you to take down the error info. Then u can simply reboot manually in order to boot back into Windows.
Ok sorry it is not listing the current system config for some reason.
Can u please go to this link > http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/servicetag/5SLYJ02/configuration
Click on the large/bold "Analyze Now" button.
Dell might ask to install a small plugin for your browser, allow this and it will run a short test in order to gather the hardware config of your system.
Once that is completed, highlight the text for your config from that site, and copy+paste it into here.
On that page, click Current Configuration tab.
Then highlight the text there of your config, then copy+paste it in here so we can see it.
