I have problems with the sims 3 freezing.

It's not a full on freeze like you would think. Every so often everything except for the environment just stops completely. It's like time stops for about 30 seconds, while the trees, and particle effects are still moving. This has NOTHING to do with the steam version, this is straight from the CD. I would take my non steam game problems to yahoo answers. But there's a reason it's called yahoo answers... because you get answers from yahoos who don't know the sims from the simpsons. Maybe this ♥♥♥♥ happens in the steam version too, but i dono anything about that.

Are you using the latest patches etc.?

You can activate Sims 3 to an Origin account which will automatically update the game, similar to Steam.

Version 1.67.2.024001 I think it might just be island paradise. This happened before in the past, but it wasn't nearly as often. In fact, i didn't even care when it happened. as fans of the sims series would say: That's Boolsh*t
