Can't Change Steam Profile Background

Hi! I can't change my background! The other day it was fine, and I just got a new background worth $4, and when I try to change it, the backgrounds won't scroll down, I just see the actual page behind the background options scrolling up and down. (sry for bad english) Thanks in advance

It's been going on for a while, it's possible to get around though. Check my response a couple up

i already does! but i dont download anything on my computer, its a problem of steam, so steam should keep it working!!!!!!! im so disapointed,... cant you send it on steam or valve?

It's not a problem with steam, it's a problem with the website. You don't need to download anything, just use the Stylish addon (available on both Chrome[chrome.google.com] or FireFox[addons.mozilla.org]) and from there you can add the style and edit the settings properly in your browser. As far as sending it in, I'm sure they've already pinpointed the problem but haven't actually pushed out the fix for it yet.

Welp, just ran into this and it annoyed the heck out of me, it was as simple as putting in "overflow-y: scroll" to .newmodal_content container in the shared_global.css

Until Valve actually updates the CSS on their end, I made a user style you can install with stylish. Works for both the backgrounds and badges, tested on Chrome and FF (the most recent versions of both).
