transaction pending for a long period

alright so i made a purchase on payday 2 since it was on sale for 10 bucks and my friend wanted the game. i purchased it on the ios mobile app and everything went through. then it said it will shortly accept and so on. i then checked now and the money hasnt been taken out and the account area where you purchase says all the things i purchased and then alone on a list says the purchase is pending. any help? do i need to confirm the purchase via computer? please help. i want this to be done before the deal is over.

If the pending message lasts more than several hours, you should contact Steam Support.

well it went through now. after roughly 12-14 hours after purchase.
