Can't add screenshot showcase to profile.

Hello, the problem is, i can't use screenshot showcase, whenever i choose screenshot it goes blank, is this fixable?

I've seen a few pages now already about the profile screenshot showcase being broken.
A fix would be great. Bumping threads till official respondse :)

Those have already been send mate. its been 3 days.

They get thousands of tickets a day. By bumping threads a forum moderator will send the support ticket which will be looked over more seriously most likely.

low priority problems like that can take a week or more.

like support is going to help.
problems with the community are just fixed or not , support is happy if you are not locked out of your account.

moderators wont forward this kind of problem :P

Just look at the amount of threads. its insane. people really like to have there profile working. its an big element for many. community screenshots and artwork is a big part of steam platform.

75 million active accounts you can find people with any problem.

Theres more then just priority to problem solving in a business.

Thats the biggest issue here i think.

Its probably most likely that its taking so long is that they are changing the screenshot and artwork showcase. Not that its "not" a priority rofl.

What is your reason for kicking in doors that are already open.
And closing ones that should be open.
