Hi boys pls help me this guy stolen my items and dont want gimme it back

Good morning, yesterday i was abusived of Kantusa, battle banner and healing ward items. My friend told me if i lend him it, he had same picture, nickname and he wrote like me (slovak). Unfortunetly it was fake profile, which took me that item and he wont give it to me back. Please would it be possible to give me that item back?
