That means your GPU/Intel graphics don't support Shader Model 3.0. You need a new GPU or PC. It doesn't look like that PC can be upgraded. You need a new PC. All you can do is keep the Intel graphics driver updated until you get a new machine.

You need to upgrade your computer, for multiple reasons. First, XP is losing support this year. No more updates, no more protection; you'll be a sitting duck. Also, your specs are very lackluster. Frankly my phone can game better. You should set a budget of around $600, more if you can.

The lack of XP updates isn't an issue for most people still using XP.

As for upgrading the box -- if that's a desktop-style computer, it might actually have a PCI-express slot to add a graphics card, and every card on the market today supports 3.0.

You're not going to be able to "fix it" without spending money. Your PC is significantly outdated and does not meet the requirements to run the game properly.

Well, it actually supports Shader Model 3.0, so there's that. It might just run, no harm in trying.
