Hello. I'm getting this error when trying to buy a game from steam using the client or web browser. When trying to buy from the reconverted cart, the same error appears. The first purchase from my account was made by a Dutch friend, who used IDeal to add funds on it. I've tried different url's like /?cc=pl , deleting steam files, but nothing works. I've also contacted support for help, still waiting. Sometimes, I also get this error : "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction." Has anyone got any tips on how to solve this?
Ps. I live in Poland.

There is a error that cannot be fixed and Steam don't read the tickets sent to them about that...

It doesn't appear so. He'd rather just sit there and act like a child instead of offering a solution.

It's pretty obvious that a country store mixup is related to the OP's Dutch friend and that the solution can be found on the OP's computer.
