I sent this to the Steam support E mail

I keep getting an AUTO disconnect from the server and it makes the game stop and ( 9 times out of 10) I get killed in the game THIS IS PISSING ME OFF BIG TIME!!

ALSO why are game BATTLE POINTS not being registered on my game progression I have played about 15 to 20 games and NO battle points have been rewarded let alone and gifts or prizes ?

WHY ?

Have I done something to piss you guys off I got past level 16 and have not gotten past that point at all I should be closer to level 18 by now since I have bought
about 3 or 4 of the battle point booster pack from you people and have spent well over $40.00 or more to get Steam/Valve cards via Pay Pal or at a EB games stores

I have really enjoyed the game DOTA 2 a lot BUT I am rather disappointed in how the bots are given advantage and level up 3 to 5 times faster and the fact I spend my hard earned BUCKS for a game that keeps disconnecting me and killing off ... and I get no joy in writing a email like this to complain.

I Want my money back for the booster packs! ($40.00)
They are a waste of cash if they don't do ♥♥♥♥ ALL and I cant level up!
Rather tired of killing time playing without getting anything for it, I may as well buy a PS4 or X box and give SONY or Micro Soft my money instead !

A staff member has replied to your question:

Any bans are applied due to excessive reports being made towards your account or from repeat abandons from games.

We are not able to remove these bans as they are handled automatically by the Dota 2 servers.

You will need to wait until the ban is expired in order to retain your full privileges.

WHAT BANS? I don’t have any that I'm aware of what are you talking about? describe them and who makes these reports?

HOW LONG ARE THESE BANS AS YOU CALL THEM TO LAST? What time frame are the expiry’s?

If that’s the case then you should put that information some place so a player knows why they are not getting there battle points rewarded.

You did not address the constant steam server disconnects.

I GET disconnected a lot why does Your server keep disconnecting?
I have a fast internet connection and have no problems on my end of the connection so what’s up with your servers? I keep getting constant AUTO disconnects from you guys would that count as a abandon?

an answer in full to these direct questions would be very helpful

SO my Question to all you DOTA 2 Players out there is what are

BANS?

What waiting period is this they talk of?

What's up with the auto disconnects and if that happens is that a abandon?

WHY do the bots get to level up faster if I play a good game and deny them hits and last kills?

Hey! Mate! same thing That Happen To me.

They Just Email me that I am again being BANNED.

In the First Place. They message me that I keep on abandoning on all the matches I have entered. But the Fact is, I have a Screenshots that I Upload it to them and still they are not fixing my problem about this Battle Point Booster.

I am Pretty sure 100% that I did not ABANDON any of my MATCHES and also they Email me that I am in Low Priority which is a Lie also.

And now the last Email they sent to me was Account Banned.

If you think it this way, I can still play in Match Making and receive normal experience points and items. But that extra Battle Booster Point is not functioning into me.

They are making lame excuses for us not to receive a proper Battle Point Booster.
Its not just the two of us, but I met some people in the forums as well that experience this kind of crap! that they are giving to us.

Disconnect counts as "Abandoned Match"

So basically points achieved during that match would be fore-fit.

Reason is because there is no real way to differ between "Rage Quit" and "Network Disconnect"

Im not having disconnections in my game, besides Disconnection will be counted only if you are really abandoned by not re-connecting back to the game.

and than you hijack advice given to the OP about auto disconnecting saying you do not have that.

hey steam community i have a complain, my complain is that u should reomove the reconnecting thing or something like u have been disconnected in the game because i tried it and on 2 days because our internet is not so fast thats why i also got Low Prior so can u pls remove it?? thanks
