[solved] Cannot purchase anything - Paypal

** SOLVED **
When I click the Paypal button on Steam, there's an error. I would rather use Paypal since I have credit in that account.

The page just says :

Internal Server Error - Read

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Anyone else getting this problem today?
