Alice: Madness Returns Activation Key Trouble
I know that this is mostly Origin's fault, but I need some help, please.
Okay, so - I bought Alice: Madness Returns over Steam when it was on sale, and I wanted to play it today, so I went through the (annoying) process of creating an EA account to just to simply play the game I had bought. I unknowingly signed up my email with an invalid password, (it didn't have 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and a number) but it did not TELL me that I had to meet certain requirements for my password. So, it let me go through with my invalid password (I don't know why) and I put in the activation code. It sat there for a while, and came up with an error telling me that I could not activate the game, and it would not let me play the game. So I figured, oh just a problem with the server I'll exit out and try again. I came to the login screen and put in my email and (invalid) password and it didn't let me log in, no matter how much I tried. Thinking I had misspelled my password, I clicked the "Forgotten password?" link and it brought me to the website, and I changed my password to a valid one, AFTER it told me the requirements I had to have for a password. So, I went back in, put in my new password, and it let me log in. But, every single time I try to activate my game, it says "The product key you provided: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX has already been used to activate Alice: Madness Returns. Please enter an unregistered product key to complete activation." I guess the server THINKS I have already activated the game, but I haven't. I just want to play my game. :(

You need to contact EA Support.

Information: Steam Support > Alice: Madness Returns

An EA/Origin key is provided with any Steam purchase of Alice: Madness Returns. This key must be activated to an EA/Origin account. Steam Support cannot issue a new key or modify the EA/Origin system in any way. If you forgot which EA account you activated a key to or are experiencing other issues with your EA account, you must contact EA support for assistance.
