Stuck chat notifications - the sender has block me [solved]

I have 4 stuck chat notifications from phishers. The well-known workaround, chat through web browser, doesn't work for me at all - it always leaves me with a blank page (tried it through several browsers, different computers and on a table, all with the same result...). There's one more solution, that requires adding the person messaging me. I did that with most of the phishers, but some of them have blocked me right away so I'm not able to pick their phishing links up.

Do you know about any other solution how to fix this? The green notification is just driving me crazy now.

Btw, the phishers are able to send you the phishing link even if you don't accept the friend request. All they need is to send the friend request, that's why this is happening so often. Also with the fact that phishers are on a phishing spree these days. I'm getting around 10 phishers a day recently, instead of usual 5 phishers per week... If you can push this problem to get it fixed as a bug, that’d be really great.

Finally, I have found out a new workaround for exactly this situation - when the sender puts you in his block list.

1. Restart Steam.
2. Open the chat notifications, it'll be empty.
3. Click on the place where the sender's avatar is supposed to be.
4. It opens sender's profile, put him in your block list.
5. Restart Steam.
6. Open the chat notifications again, it promts you a message that you have to unblock him first to view the message.
7. Unblock him and his message pops up.

To sum it up, here come the usual workarounds:

a) The simple way, doesn't work for everyone tho:

1. Login though browser.
2. Open the chat messeges through the browser.

b) The classic way, works only if the sender doesn't put you in his blocklist:

1. Restart Steam.
2. Open the chat notifications, it'll be empty.
3. Click on the place where the sender's avatar is supposed to be.
4. Add him to your friends.
5. Restart Steam.
6. Open the chat notifications again, it'll pop up now.

salve ho acquistato il gioco di call of duty ghosts fatta la registrazione su steam e per problemi ho dovuto formattare il pc e di conseguenza ho perso tutti i dati . oggi stavo per reinstallare il mio gioco , ho fatto un nuovo account steam ma mi diceva che quella cod key che usavo era gia stata registrata ma non ricordo l'e-mail con cui mi sono regitrato la prima volta..... ho la cod key del gioco .... vorrei sapere come devo fare per ricominciare a giocarci

Yep, I've been doing this the whole time. But some of the phishers have blocked me while doing this, so I had to look for a new workaround :)
