Steam installing DirectX

Hey people i need help... Last week i reinstall my windows... and after that i cant run Dayz... damn. When i click on Dayz steam says: installing Directx and nothing happnes..
I downloaded all updates for windows, all drivers.. everything... and i cant run it:(((

Tried running the dx files direct from (somewhere in) the dayz folder?

it says> An internal system error occured. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine the problem

when i run dxdiag... it says everything is fine...
