Someone stole my account I cant log in because : wrong password or username I cant get new password : Wrong e-mail . Who stole my account he change my e-mail too i dont know how .

I dont know. Today i try to login to my steam and it is wrote : wrong username and password I was cheked in web browser steam my Profile and i saw my account is in russian email : [e-mail] ( it is not my ) i cant change email and i cant login i cant change password

...no they are just dealing with a lot of tickets right now. If you're going to have that attitude about it you may as well just close your ticket.

Well then how long have you waited huh?
I have read that people have waited for a whole week and haven't gotten a response, but when they finaly got a response they manage to get their account back.

Remember that they have a high ticket count, so if you want to make it go faster, put so much info details all that stuff and make it easy, short, but understandable
