Hello everyone..eariler tonight i sumbit a trade in dota2lounge and after i posted it someone called King added me on steam and told me that his friend wants to trade but can't add me and gave me link to his profile to add him...it was fake profile and fake link because it was written staem not steam and steam guard thing was something else he wanted me to upload a file called ssfn so i did upload before i knew it was fake nothin happened and i found myself logged out from steam and can't login also got an message to my email address says that my steam acc email address is changed and he sold my rare/mythical items in dota 2 only and i submit a ticket to valve support with a confirmation code of a game i bought from my account

now i have 2 questions:
if valve helped me to reterive my lost account will it give me back my items?(he didn't trade it but he sold it)
for ssfn file on my steam folder that doesn't want to disappear everytime i try to delete it and it appears again after 5 min what shall i do?

The ssfn file should have existed prior to you opening the website. Long story short, it's the local file responsible for remembering Steam Guard authentication and it allowed the phishers to trade your items away easier.

About your lost items: Steam Support used to do a one-time return for items lost during an account hijacking (pending the results of an investigation). This used to be mentioned in the Steam Trading Policy, but it seems to have been updated and it no longer mentions this, but that doesn’t mean you can’t try. You'll have submit a ticket and ask them nicely.

You can contact Steam Support here. You will need to create a separate Steam Support account in order to submit a ticket.

You can't. It's supposed to be there. It will come back every time you log in with Steam Guard.
so this file isn't problem anymore?

No, that will help your case. You were hijacked. That's the only situation where Steam will even consider it.
because that fake site requested that file

It was never a problem. It's a file that the hijackers want, not one that they put there.
thanks for the help mate

Keep waiting. They're dealing with a high ticket volume right now which will affect response times.
