"App already running" error?
I get a "Failed to start game (app already running)" error when attempting to start a game again after quitting. Have to reboot PC in order to launch the game again. The game in question is One Finger Death Punch which I just picked up a short while ago. Has never happened with any other title before. When I try to exit Steam instead of rebooting PC, it won't let me because it says One Finger Death Punch is still running and I must close it before exiting Steam. No programs are showing as running under the applications tab in task manager, so it seems like for some reason this game is not terminating properly on exit, or Steam thinks that it is still running when it is not. Any help with this please?

They are Steam Community Badge spammers. Ignore them.

right click on the game, click properties on the dropdown. At the top of the next menu click local files, then click browse local content find the launcher in the file and double click it to run it. it sounds longer than it takes and you never have that problem again, game still updates and runs perfectly
