CD KEY Duplicate Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition

My Friend give me Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition DVD when he goes abroad.
my country in indonesia.

and when i activated the game with my current ID "alrasyid11" they said my cd key was activated before. The DVD is sealed and brand new.
i affraid it was piracy activities in internet so i was the victim.

i already have contact the steam support and warnerbross Customer services and still no answer

Please steam help me. I always bought a lot Steam Games and this is my first time i got trouble.
