Steam Family Sharing Questions (Out of Beta)

So, I saw that this feature is now released and no longer in beta. I just wanted to know when you share with other accounts are there any bugs that make games disappear?

Also is it the same thing as if I were to log into their account and it would kick them out?
ex) My friend is playing on his account and I log in and he pretty much cant do anything in steam until he types in the password. If I were to play a game from his account would it kick him from his account?

You have to log on to your friend/family's computer with your own steam account and register your friend/family's computer so that it's locked to your account as a guest.

Whenever that person wants to play your games he/she can. However, if you log on to your own account and try to play anything while he/she is playing your game, it will kick that person off after a friendly 15min reminder.

So, if I wanted to authorize the account belonging to my brother (who lives out of town), I'd have to give him my password, so he could log into my account and authorize his computer?
