Report a translation problem
You can connect via TCP of course, but unlike UDP it is a reliable protocol, which means that it recognizes data loss and will correct it. In live scenarios (playing, speech-chat ...) this can be troublesome, because you don't want to get disturbing packets "from the past".

-TCP used only for diagnostic & self-repair client, you can't use game servers via TCP
