I'm raged, debit MasterCard denied.

I wanted to buy game from steam with MasterCard and i got only errors when trying to purchase. All was entered correct, but im still getting errors.

Your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company.
Note that in some cases, your credit card company may put a hold on funds in your account, but you will not be charged. After reviewing the information below, if you beleve your card has been declined in error please try your purchase again.

we can't help you with that, but you should check with your bank on that one.

I've used my brother's card (with his permission). He had money inside, but they deny it either way. Anything is OKAY with bank. I might ask him to make PayPal. But REALLY i cannot buy my FIRST game on steam? They make me think that steam is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ (no offense).

Wrong? Wrong?! How i've wrote it about 15 times but it didn't work. Every name with caps has to be with caps? Or i can use regular letters?

it needs to be the exact same and if it failed you need to wait a period for the error to clear.

yes but you do not wait some time after doing it wrong a few times.

I've tried again after 30 minutes. But it didn't work.

than the card is not suited for online purchase or just try when it is not so busy on steam.

Keyword: Your credit card company blocked the transaction.

Solution: Go down to your US bank and demand your $1.39, hiding it under your bed away from the NSA who takes a percentage of it themselves as tax to play online games too and spy on little kids as they play Flappy Birds MMO (aka terrorists training simulator).

My brother purchased things online with this card, and all worked, only for Steam it doesn't work.

I don't live in USA, i live in Latvia. :( Probably this is one of the reasons that i can't buy it.

buying things online and it being enabled for online purchase are not the same thing.
valve has higher demands.

if you never used it on steam that could be your problem.

What demands steam? And how do i activate it on steam. Note that my brother is beign REALLY careful with these things. And will not give out more info. I've nearly convinced him to allow me to use it.
