Why CJS CD Keys is so bad?

Hello. I paid 12€ for a Tomb Raider 2013 Steam CD Key 3 days ago. And I still didn't get any CD key!! The ridiculous "collect system" only says me that the key is "out of stock" and that someone will "replenish" the key in 12 hours! 3 days! I wrote to the staff, they told me yesterday they will "chase this order" for me :) The problem is that the game page on CJS CD Keys says "Keys are in stock now, ready for sending! ". Help !!! My first and last experience with them, I don't think the game is so old that they need 3 months to get a CD key, the shop down to my flat sells this game !

I'd say because it's not an official reseller. Who knows from where they get those keys...
