Transaction Still Processsing, But Game is in Library

I tried to download Garry's Mod today, but even though it appeared in my library, it says that a transaction is still taking place, and so I can't download it. I can't find where the transaction is being processed, my cart is empty, and I don't have a game. It's been over an hour now. Any help?

Is it listed as "Processing" under the Store Transaction tab here?: https://store.steampowered.com/account/

Please allow an hour or two for the purchase to settle. If it still isn't working, try the purchase again.
