says you own 2 games on your profile, whats up?
More people that make badges for a game, the more booster packs drop for that game. Also, the more people who own that game, the less your chances of getting that drop. And being that each game follows that rule... the more eligible games you have, the better your odds of getting a drop for one of those games.
To increase your chances per eligible game owned, you gain a 25% increase for every 10 Steam levels. So basically when you reach level 50, it'll be like having 2 accounts with the same eligible game list. And also for every 10 Steam levels the XP required to go up a level increases 100XP (basically needing to craft an extra badge every 10 levels).
It's only 20%. But lvl 50 to double your chances is still right ;)

I am level 22, and I have 47 games for which I am eligible to get a booster pack (out of the 178 games I own). Regardless of that, I NEVER got a booster pack from Steam.
Less than 20% of those you have, you didn't even get all the card drops for.
The booster pack drop pool is very large in the few you are qualified for.
