Why is this option unavailable? @Community Market
I've purchased CS:GO on the 13th or 14th of January, today is 16th of Feb and as the FAQ states any user must have made any purchase last year, the first of which must've occured more than 30 days ago WHICH I've already meet as a requirement, but yet it says that my account does not meet this criteria or call it what ever you want. To my knowledge the rest of my games (they're not lot) were ALL gifted, so this purchase should be one.

There are a few more requirements that you need to fulfill.
Everybody with an account that fullfills the requirements below is able to use the Community Market:
  • At least one successful purchase that is more than 30 days but no longer than 1 year ago
  • Have had Steam Guard enabled for at least 15 days
  • No password reset within the last 5 days (If your account has been inactive for longer than 2 months then your password will have been resetted and you will be unable to use the market for 30 days)
  • No trade ban
  • No new payment method added within the last 7 days

I've had Steam Guard enabled and running since 2013-06-26, haven't reset my password in a while neither have I gone inactive for longer than 2 months, I'm not trade banned and I haven't added new payment method within the last 7 days.

Read through this:

Make sure you don't fall into the other categories. Like having Steam Guard not enabled, etc.

And did you purchase CS:GO through Steam, or from another key reseller?

Purchased it from another key reseller.

Retail and 3rd party purchases do not count. You have to purchase a game directly from Steam, or purchase Wallet funds directly from Steam, to become a trusted account.

Why would they expect you to buy a game that you don't want?

You need to purchase a game on Steam directly or charge your Steam wallet to get an unlimited account. Otherwise you won't be able to gain the trust of Valve to access the market and other features.

It appears you've made a valid purchase on the Steam Store, but it's not 30 days old yet. More info...
If nothing further occurs to restrict your access, you'll be able to use The Community Market on 5/25/2015 3:30:51 PM. and now 25 may wtf???
