Steam auth ticket has been cancelled?
(APOLOGIES if this is on the wrong forum)
I'll skip the intro and cut to the chase, what essentially is happening is when I play games which predominantly use Steam to run the online multi-player. (For this Ill use the e.g of Team Fortress 2 as I tend to play that quite often)

Anyway, what happens is at any time I will get booted out of the online game I am in on TF2, be it trading or just on a TDM match, regardless of what is happening at any given time my game will just simply exit to the desktop.

And yes, this happens over and over and over again at random times. Could be after 10 minutes of game time or after couple of hours.

Before anyone insinuates anything I have done *everything* yes every possible thing you could do to fix this problem here's a quick list to make it easier:

I have:

-restarted my pc - gets booted
-restarted steam - still gets booted
-restarted my router - still gets booted
-deleted .blob files - same thing as above
-deleted app-cache and depocache - ^^^
-deleted all the files in TF2 not the folders the files - still nothing
-*unintentionally* deleted all my installed game files and re installing them - same thing
-tried deleting certain .dll files on TF2 and Steam - nothing again even after steam updates- " " "
-allowed Steam, hl2.exe and all other applications through my anti-virus and firewall - " " "
-turned the pc off and then the router to reset the network - same thing as previous.

ANY help whatsoever to fixing this problem would be. very, very much appreciated as its an annoying problem I've gone through hoops and fire to try and fix.

Again thank you if you can help out.

Sincerely.

Mr.White

Can we have some system specs? This could be caused by a lack of resources on your computers part. (No offense)

Lets start by trying this,

Try lowering some video settings in-game and turn off multicore rendering. Under video settings > advance (you can lower a lot of settings in there)

Sure: (this is off the top of my head but I'm 99% sure these are the correct specs)

Intel Quad Core i7-3770k CPU @ 3.40 GHz
16 Gb of DDR4 ram
64 Bit Windows OS
AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series (Not sure of Ghz)
Kingston 250GB SSD

All my drivers have been updated to the latest update provided from the manufacturer.

Thats all I can remember from the last time I put new parts into it.
Highly unlikely its the physical specs of the pc, I got a comment simmilar on other steam forums and its nothing to do with my specs.

I think I have found a solution, I just reinstalled steam before commenting and I think it may of done it. But I'd like to see if that affects it.

Just let us know if it worked!
EDITED VERSION OF THIS COMMENT, UNINSTALLING THEN REINSTALLING STEAM IS ONLY A TEMPORARY FIX TO THIS PROBLEM!!! SO IF IT DOESNT WORK THEN I DONT HAVE A FLUFFING CLUE OF WHATS WRONG.
