You can contact Steam Support here. You will need to create a separate Steam Support account in order to submit a ticket.
If you lost any items, Steam Support used to do a one-time return for items lost during an account hijacking (pending the results of an investigation). This used to be mentioned in the Steam Trading Policy, but it seems to have been updated and it no longer mentions this. I'm not certain whether or not they still return items in these cases. It should be noted that it seems to be increasingly common for Steam Support to deny such requests, but that doesn’t mean you can’t try. You'll have submit a ticket and ask them nicely.
Information: Steam Support > Steam Trading Policy
Finally, while waiting for Steam Support to respond, you may want to figure out how your account got hijacked.
Additional reading for you: Steam Support > Account Security Recommendations
You can create a new email address, then create a Steam Support account, then submit a ticket to Steam Support.
Again, you need to create a separate Steam Support account and then create a support ticket. Give them information about the account that was hijacked and what happened. See the link I posted in my first post for additional info you should include in your ticket. Steam Support is the only entity that can get your account back - all you need to do is get in touch with them and provide the necessary information.
