Black bars on 900p resolution.
I have a 1080p monitor, and get bad fps on 1080p ( on assassins creed iv )
I have an MSI Ge70 with GTX 765m, do you know a fix for the black bars?

Rihtclick the desktop, open the nvidia settings and browse around. There's a setting for scaling. Scale up proportionally with black bars or just fill the screen.

Ubisoft has a bad habit of not supporting 16:10 aspect ratio in their games, so it doesn't look like there is a way to get rid of those black bars. You can read a thread about it here:

You can have your graphics card scale the image to the monitor resulution by changing the aspect ratio.
