All my Steam works fine except no videos play while using the Steam window. I haven't updated my video drivers, so I'm guessing it's not a driver related conflict with Flash.
I noticed that the FlashUtil64_12_0_0_44_Plugin is in the 32 bit folder and FlashUtil32_12_0_0_44_Plugin is in the 64 bit folder, does that sound backwards to anyone else?
If anyone is experienced with Flash, would it be safe to make sure the 64 and 32 folders both have all the same files? I.e putting both 64 bit and 32 bit files in both folders.

dont remember seeing flash for another browser in some time.
It's still how it works, I only have Other Browsers, since I use Firefox not IE.
I've heard, Protected Mode in the Flash config can cause some issues. I really don'y want to disable it with all the hacking. Especially since this newest release has a major vulnerability fix.
hacking is pretty rare and steam is pretty legit just dont watch your pron when you do it.
make sure you restart everything after changing a setting.
I can google you a 100 things and you had the answer all the time maybe , just seems very silly to me.
for me anything goes to track down an issue.
I can come up with many solutions to have both.
hope I dont forget them.
Just testing to see if it's the problem seems fine, leaving ProtectedMode disabled is too risky for me.
Thanks
they get hacked so often :P..... right.
but nobody said not to turn it on again.
any other security thing that might have an impact on this?
does not have to be flash.
I doubt this has anything to do with flash or steam.
just to be sure are you in big picture mode?
I sort of doubt it has anything to do with security, too. As I mentioned it was just a setting I had read/heard caused potential issues based on a Protection mode, iirc UAC has similar issues.
I guess "Refresh Your Steam Files" is how your clearing Steam. Flash and Steam have worked together in the past, plus Flash still works on all systems, except Steam. Steam must be at least part of the issue.
I'll might try reverting back to a streamlined Flash like 10.3.183.90, which only has base features.
Thanks
