Ragnarok for Steam no longer available in my region
Hello, I was able to register and download Ragnarok Online through Steam a few months back. Recently, I had a problem with the patcher, and decided to delete Ragnarok and re download everything from the Steam Store.

Herein lies the problem. Apparently Ragnarok Online is no longer available in my region. I then downloaded the game instead through WarpPortal.com. Got everything to work except for one feature.

The game has an ingame store called the Kafra Shop. When I was playing through Steam before, I had to use the Steam Wallet feature to add points to purchase some ingame items.

Apparently, I can no longer purchase anything from the shop because I registered my Ragnarok account to Steam. Going to Warp Portal's site doesn't help either as they wouldn't let me buy anything without going through Steam first.

I've sent Steam Support a ticket and it's been over a week now without a reply. Warp Portal was able to get back to me, but also asked that I relay this problem to Steam Support.

Does anyone have any idea on how this could be resolved, any kind of help would be greatly appreciated

UP. Just went back into the game and realized this problem too.

Its a problem with their service.

I was able to resolve this by contacting warp portal directly.

They had me make a new account, and helped facilitate the transfer of the characters and items.
