Does Steam Support ignore my ticket? Or my ticket is lost?
I submitted a ticket this feb1. coz my main account has been hijacked. I've been waiting ever since for a reply from steam. Help? Tips?

Then I don't know... maybe they should introduce a lock button with a 7 day cool down unlocking feature on inventory items.

So, people can lock their expensive items from trades and sales. And when unlocked it would trigger a waiting period for the item. Also, they could make it to where it sends you an email whenever an item is unlocked.

Really,... these people just need to quit falling for the same old traps. Maybe Steam should make them take a quiz before allowing them to trade and use the market.

Question #1,
Steam will contact you via chat.... True or False.

Question #2,
It's completely safe to believe a friend of a friend request.... True or False.

Question #3,
If your friend's account is hijacked, and (s/)he chats it up with you, you'd realize it. T or F.

Erm, what? How exactly can someone else trade through your browser?
