NTW And those who are suspected Cheaters!!

I have been playing NTW now for around a year. Many times I have come accross players who are using cheats. If any member of Steam checks online they can find information on what cheats are available and how they can be downloaded. What I have noticed though is that there is not any info on how new players can spot cheats and how these douchbags can be stopped from CHEATING and ruining NTW for everyone else.
That being said, how many of you Soldiers would welcome a scenario here on Steam where in the Forums we can name and shame suspected cheaters. I used the word Suspected there because unfortunately that is all we can do ( even though many of us know without doubt if another memmber is cheating us )
Everytime I come accross a member who I know is cheating I allways take screen shots of the battlefield. I have taken shots of those who like to use the Cheat where they can fill up their ranks with every elite unit available, all foot and all cav, and they have 20 regiments, so basically they have a full army with all available elite units within it ( which we all know, just cannot be done unless one is a complete Shizer and has indeed cheated )
Then there are the other less obvious cheats that are available that those little big trouble causing cheaters feel wont give their filthy little game away too easily, YES I AM TALKING ABOUT THE STEAK CHEAT. For those that are not familiar with this cheat it is one that allows the Douchebag to place stakes in the time period just before the battle begins. The douchebag will usually place stakes where they feel you will take ur cav and horse cav, these stakes are invisible to the cheaters opponent so when you see your cav just drop like flies for no reason ( generally at the end of bridges or river crossings ) you can bet your life on it that you have been cheated!!!
So!! What can we the paying members do? so we can rid the game of NTW that we have payed good money for so we can enjoy it without having our timewasted and hard earned money saved.
My idea is this, Make sure you take as many screenshots as possible from all angles that show clearly that something totally, usually impossible has happened in game, then tell the douchebag cheater that you are going to report him and then name and shame them on the forum ( I say name and shame them because I generally feel that STEAM/VALVE is just not doing enough to rid our game of these theives )
ARE YOU DOING ENOUGH STEAM/VALVE TO RID OUR PAYED FOR GAMES OF THIS FILTH? THESE FRAUDSTERS?
Are we allowed to create a room titled as the HALL OF SHAME so we can name and shame those that are ruining our gaming experience?
OTHER FORUMS ALL OVER THE WORLD HAVE THIS AVAILABLE FOR THEIR MEMBERS, CAN WE HAVE THE SAME PLEASE?

not valves game and it does not use valves anti cheat tools , you need to speak to the publisher and developers of that game.

has nothing to do with steam or valve , they cant do anything in somebody else there products.

I feel valve does there best to provide those developers with the tools to handle it.

Yoe were aware of what NTW was, was you not? it is clear on your 1st post that you was. you brought me up on something that does not even regard you because it is clear that you understood the post. You made your post on the presumption that someone else would not understand what NTW would mean ( is this correct or would you like to go back and edit your post before everyone else see's just how silly you are being?
I would not even contemplate looking through the discussions online anywhere just so I could bring a problem up with a post that is a problem that is not even relevent to myself, Im sorry, but I call that TROLLING. Maybe we should just everyone else who decides to leave a comment on my post?

Problems with this and why it will never be used.

1: People could frame good players.
2: Has little to no proof that the suspect cheated.
3: Name and shame is against the forum rules.
4: VAC or third party Anti Cheat deals with cheaters.
5: People can change at any given time and impersonate others.
