I'm from the Philippines and I use Unionbank's Eon Card(Visa) for Steam and other sites or paypal. It's basically a Debit Card.

Just go to your nearest UnionBank Branch and apply for an Eon Card.

i am trying to use the MOL points since ive seen Load Central and its near my place. i just dont understand there is a Balance(P) which i think is money i loaded and MOL points. when you buy a game using Mol points how many mol points is $30?

looks like one point for one of your currency to me. so p10 is 10 points.
